For new Google Workspace users, your EHR set-up and training session will take place in ONE DAY**!
At the end of the day you will be able to immediately schedule appointments, send documents with e-signature and have all of your templates ready to go all in a HIPAA compliant platform. At the end of the day, we'll hop on a 60 minute call where I will reveal your Workspace EHR and provide you with a virtual walk through.
Plus, you will have 30 days of email support for any questions that arise as you acclimate to using SimplePractice.
Once your agreement is signed, you will be provided with a questionnaire to complete and a link to schedule your training session and I will take it from there!
*Google Workspace EHR requires a custom domain and paid Workspace account. These fees are excluded from the set-up service and are to be paid directly by the Workspace account owner. I must be granted access to your Google Workspace in order to complete the set-up.
**Domain verification and Stripe set-up may take more than one day .

If you are already a confident Google Workspace user but just need to tweak your account to utilize Workspace as your EHR, an account tune-up is a good choice for you!
If you are opting for a tune-up, you must already have a paid Google EHR Workspace you must already have a Stripe or PayPal account created (if you want to collect payment at booking).
Once your agreement is signed, you will be provided with a questionnaire to determine what is needed for your tune-up and a link to schedule your training session and I will take it from there!
Tune-Up Package Includes:
- Agreed upon optimization updates
- 60 minute live training call via Google Meet (recording provided)*
- 30 days of unlimited email support
*This can be done via a live screen share while I guide you OR you can grant me access to your Google Workspace account and for me to provide live-time optimization while we are on the call.
